abdok's Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

Welcome to the abdok platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between abdok ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Player"). By using any service on abdok, browsing the website, or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms may change from time to time, and continuing to use the platform after any update means you have accepted the revised Terms.

Our services are provided in a safe and reliable environment. Using SSL encryption and a Fair Play policy, abdok ensures a secure gaming experience for every player.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to create an account and use the abdok platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Our services are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• You must be a resident of or a citizen of Bangladesh.
• You must have a valid and active mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) or a bank account registered in your own name.
• You may not access from any country or jurisdiction where such gaming activities are illegal.

abdok reserves the right to verify any player's age or identity. If anyone creates an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Registration & Accuracy of Information

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being cancelled, and all bonuses and balances may be forfeited. Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration is mandatory.

3.2 Security & Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Please:

• Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• Notify our support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. abdok will not be held liable for unauthorized access, but we are always ready to assist you.

3.3 Account Verification

abdok may request the necessary documents to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently accepted at abdok are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other method outside these four is currently accepted.

Deposits must be sent from an account registered in your own name. Making payments from a third-party account is prohibited and may result in the transaction being cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may not be processed before account verification is complete.

abdok reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction for investigation on suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

abdok offers a welcome bonus for new players. A 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 is available on the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met. abdok's current wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Policy

• Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
• Bonuses are not transferable to third parties.
• Once a bonus has been received it cannot be declined, so please be sure before accepting.
• If abdok believes a player is abusing a bonus, abdok reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• abdok reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any offer.

6 Gameplay Rules

abdok believes in a Fair Play policy. The outcome of all games is determined in a completely random and impartial manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any software, bots, or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in a game.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Sharing accounts with or playing jointly with other players.

If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, abdok reserves the right to reclaim the excess amount. If a technical issue occurs in any game, that round may be cancelled and the bet will be refunded.

6.1 Sports Betting

On abdok, bets can be placed on various sports in the sports market. All bets are settled according to the defined rules. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be refunded.

7 Responsible Gaming

abdok places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is entertainment only, not a source of income. We provide several tools to help players protect themselves:

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 At the Player's Request

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before closing the account.

9.2 At abdok's Initiative

abdok may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Inappropriate or discourteous behaviour.
• Failure to pass age verification or making false claims about age.

In the event of a ban, the original deposit (fair balance) may be returned subject to conditions, but bonuses or winnings derived from bonuses will not be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

abdok strives to provide the safest and most reliable service possible, but our liability is limited in the following matters:

• If a game session is interrupted due to an internet disconnection or technical issue.
• If a transaction is delayed due to an error on the part of a third party (payment service provider).
• If a problem arises due to your device or software.
• If you fail to maintain the security of your own account.

Under no circumstances will abdok be obligated to pay compensation exceeding the amount of your actual wager. All disputes are resolved through our support team.

11 Changes to Terms

abdok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will try to post a notice on the platform when any significant change is made.

Revised Terms take effect from the date of publication. The support team will assist if you request a copy of a previous version.
